Contrast Skin Therapy
Contrast therapy works by alternating between vasoconstriction (blood vessels narrowing with cold) and vasodilation (blood vessels widening with heat), which improves blood circulation, reduces inflammation, and can help with skin tightening and a more refreshed appearance; essentially "pumping" fresh blood and nutrients to the skin surface.  This combination not only improves skin texture and elasticity but also helps to detoxify and rejuvenate, leaving you with a radiant glow!

LED light therapy, which stands for "light-emitting diode" is a non-invasive treatment that uses different wavelengths of light (often red and blue) to target various skin concerns like acne, wrinkles, sun damage, and scarring by stimulating cellular activity within the skin layers, promoting collagen production and potentially reducing inflammation depending on the color used.Â

Cryotherapy ice globes are facial massage tools made of stainless steel, filled with a liquid that stays cold when chilled. The cold temperature of the globes heal by reducing inflammation, constricts blood vessels, reduces swelling and prevents fluid buildup.Â

The Facial Details

This facial is great for all skin types and begins with a gentle cleanse to remove impurities and prepare the skin for treatment. A custom toner follows to balance the ph and further prepare skin for the following therapies. An exfoliating or corrective mask is then applied, tailored to your skin’s needs while our first round of cryo ice globes are applied to initiate vasoconstriction. The mask is then removed and we start the LED light therapy to initiate vasodilation and stimulate circulation, collagen production, reduce inflammation, and promote cellular repair. After the LED therapy, a luxurious facial massage with a second custom healing mask will be applied . We finish with the healing cryo ice globe therapy to leave you with tighten pores, calm skin and reduced puffiness. The treatment is completed with a balancing toner, targeted serums, hydrating moisturizer, and SPF to leave your skin glowing, thriving, and protected.
